It’s 2016.
November 22nd.
6:45 pm, to be exact.
I’m sat in the old factory, a little nervous. And excited.
About to hit send on our first-ever Zimbabwe cotton denim launch.
What I didn’t know then:
By morning, all 100 pairs would be gone.
Just like that.
Our first - and only - Zimbabwe drop.
Nearly a decade ago.
The jeans may have faded a little.
But the memory hasn’t.
And now, we are bringing them back because they are remarkable.
But don’t just take our word for how great this denim is; this is what our OG customers have had to say:
“Still going strong.
Super.”
Bill
“Perfect fit. Repaired many times. Still going.”
Simon
“They’re patched. But still the best jeans I’ve ever bought.”
James
“The colour of the fading. The imperfect structure of the textile. The feel, the softness.”
Nils.
“They felt great all along. And they’ve still got this slightly different fade to them.”
Samuel
“They’re the most hardwearing selvedge. Faded beautifully with yellow undertones.”
Anonymous
“They were my favourite pair. Now second favourite - only because I wore them so much the fabric is wearing thin.”
Julian
"They have aged
particularly well. They’re my favourite out of
six pairs of Hiuts.”
Edward
Amongst my favourite. Got better with age - softer.”
Voislav
“They’re patched. But still the best jeans I’ve ever bought.”
James
“Really good wear.
Sublime.”
Jonathan
